Welcome to Full Bloom Therapy & Wellness LLC

Inclusive, embodied, and affirming mental healthcare.

Who are we?

Hi! We’re Lindsey & Brenna, co-owners of Full Bloom Therapy & Wellness LLC.

Our approach to therapy is holistic and embodied, honoring the deep connection between mind and body. Just as blooming varies in nature, we understand that growth is unique to each person and that nothing is in constant “full bloom”. We seek to partner with you to discover what growth looks like for you.

We believe that, at our core, we know who we are. We know our wants, our desires, what brings us joy. We go from playing, seeking fun and connection, sleeping when we’re tired, and eating when we’re hungry, to questioning and distrusting our own intuition and our own thoughts and feelings. We internalize the message that we can’t trust ourselves and so we stray further and further from our true self, into self-abandonment where we rely on the rest of the world to tell us how we are “supposed” to live. It can be lonely, confusing, and so frustrating. We are here to walk alongside you, back home to yourself. We’re here to hold space, encourage, laugh, cry, and dig deep with you. We are here to be a support in that journey back home to yourself.

Our approach is inclusive and affirming. Our clinicians are LGBTQ+ and neurodiversity affirming, body liberationist, and practice from an anti-racist perspective. We honor each client’s unique intersectional identity and are committed to ongoing self-examination and growth to address our own biases.

We offer virtual individual, family, and relationship therapy to those located in Maryland. Let’s connect so we can match you with one of our therapists who meets your specific therapeutic needs.

Meet Our Team

It was when I stopped searching for home within others
and lifted the foundations of home within myself
I found there were no roots more intimate
than those between a mind and body
that have decided to be whole.
